Peter’s varied experience has given him the opportunity to gain deep knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of hospitality management. He has taken properties facing challenges to GSS and transformed them into financially viable and successful entities by focusing on financial best practices and excellence in guest service.

Peter’s results-oriented approach is based on a combination of coaching, encouraging and guiding associates to develop their personal and professional skills. Providing opportunities for others to shine is his true passion, and it is the key to his success. He understands what it takes to cultivate and develop a dedicated team, and to that end, he focuses on the unique skills and talents of each team member.

In turn, he emphasizes that each team member play a critical role in providing superlative guest service. This is the mission of Wenzell, Dantes and Fisher Hospitality Group.

As an accomplished business professional, Zach has a proven record of success. With over 15 years in the service industry, Zach understands the difference between customer service and customer experience.

He has 10 years experience in sourcing, interviewing candidates, business development, managing, stewardship of resources, and financial budgets. Most recently, he partnered with local team members and vendors to create a COVID-19 best practices and standard of procedures for churches in the Atlanta area.

When we put our team members and clients before meetings, calendars, projects, and to-do lists, the relationships will be lasting and the impact greater.

Zach Fisher
CFO

Jessica brings more than 12 years of hospitality experience in multiple industries of service. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide utmost care in consulting, temporary and permanent staffing, and directional care of clients.  Jessica excels in motivating, coaching and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. Jessica partnered with a Fitness Task Force Firm to place individuals in health and wellness roles in her surrounding areas.

She pioneered a project with former Atlanta mayor to promote health, fitness and the wellbeing of state officials and government representatives, along with community leaders and their organizations.

In partnering with WDF, she believes this team can be a positive catalyst for the service industry. She yearns to pour into people and hopes to offer inspiration along the way, while delivering the ultimate hospitality experience.

Jessica Fisher
VP of Business Development

Hospitality and travel have always been a huge part of my life. It all started with a hotel obsession at a young age that eventually led me to study Hospitality Business Management at Michigan State University. I have 10 years of professional experience, working at start-ups and billion dollar companies. Hospitality professionals are truly the best kind of people to work with!

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, trying new foods, and being on the water. My favorite vacation destination has been Southern Italy.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and obtained my degree in Business Administration at the Interamerican University.  My hospitality journey began when I became an Assistant General Manager for an extended stay hotel.  Three months later, I was promoted  General Manager, and my career took off.  

I was fortunate to be the GM to many branded hotels for 20+ years and for the last 6 years I have concentrated in Human Resources.  This is my passion and I'm elated to work now for a company who puts their employees first.

Kenny started his hospitality career working front desk at a Hampton Inn in Oxford Ohio and has progressed from there.  He has served as an Operations Manager, AGM, Executive Housekeeper and Task Force manager for various Marriott and Hilton properties before taking a GM role.  He has been GM for Marriott and Choice properties. Kenny comes to WF after serving as an area manager for OYO Hotels.

During his hospitality tenure Kenny has been part of a Hilton Light House Award Winning hotel and several Marriott Award winning hotels.   Kenny splits time between being out at properties and having duties in the corporate office.   In his free time Kenny enjoys traveling the United States with his cat Rosie, along with cheering on The Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.

Ashutosh (Ash) Sud is a passionate hospitality industry professional whose career has spanned over 25 years plus. He has worked in 3 different continents, 5 countries and 9 major hotel brands. He has led teams of hospitality professionals in rooms and F&B operations and delivered high guest satisfaction, revenue growths and healthy flow through for owners and management companies.

His expertise is in revenue optimization, asset management, strategic marketing and digital marketing. He enjoys cooking, gardening and reading during his free time.
