Our Team

Jessica brings more than 12 years of hospitality experience in multiple industries of service. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide utmost care in consulting, temporary and permanent staffing, and directional care of clients.  Jessica excels in motivating, coaching and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. Jessica partnered with a Fitness Task Force Firm to place individuals in health and wellness roles in her surrounding areas.

She pioneered a project with former Atlanta mayor to promote health, fitness and the wellbeing of state officials and government representatives, along with community leaders and their organizations.

In partnering with WDF, she believes this team can be a positive catalyst for the service industry. She yearns to pour into people and hopes to offer inspiration along the way, while delivering the ultimate hospitality experience.

Jessica Fisher
VP of Business Development

Kenny started his hospitality career working front desk at a Hampton Inn in Oxford Ohio and has progressed from there.  He has served as an Operations Manager, AGM, Executive Housekeeper and Task Force manager for various Marriott and Hilton properties before taking a GM role.  He has been GM for Marriott and Choice properties. Kenny comes to W&F Hospitality Group after serving as an area manager for OYO Hotels.

During his hospitality tenure Kenny has been part of a Hilton Light House Award Winning hotel and several Marriott Award winning hotels.   Kenny splits time between being out at properties and having duties in the corporate office.   In his free time Kenny enjoys traveling the United States with his cat Rosie, along with cheering on The Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.

Olga was born and raised in Puerto Rico and obtained her degree in Business Administration at the Interamerican University.  Olga's hospitality journey began when she became an Assistant General Manager for an extended stay hotel.  Three months later, she was promoted  General Manager, and her career took off.  

Olga was fortunate to be the GM to many branded hotels for 20+ years and for the last 6 years she has concentrated in Human Resources.  This is her passion and she is elated to now work  for a company who puts their employees first.

Hospitality and travel have always been a huge part of Miles' life. It all started with a hotel obsession at a young age that eventually led him to study Hospitality Business Management at Michigan State University. Miles has 10 years of professional experience, working at start-ups and billion dollar companies. Hospitality professionals are truly the best kind of people to work with!

In his free time, Miles enjoy traveling, hiking, trying new foods, and being on the water. His favorite vacation destination has been Southern Italy.
